This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar area. The staff were exceptionally helpful during my first stay, assisting my elderly parents kindly. I highly recommend it! I'm coming back for Xmas.

The location is fantastic, with quick access to the nearby Persley Walled Garden just over 3 km away and the beautiful Brimmond Hill Country Park almost 4 km away, making it easy to enjoy nature after a day of strolling around the city. the welcoming and friendly staff at reception made my stay even better with their quick check-in and helpful tips for local attractions.

The staff went above and beyond to help. One staff member noticed my heavy suitcase and moved me to a ground floor room without me having to ask. I found the food to be superb, especially during breakfast.

Parking availability is a complete joke!!! A lift for upper floor access would be a game changer!!! The noise from helicopters and planes outside really breaks the tranquility you'd hope for at a hotel!!!

My family enjoyed a restful night in a spacious Standard Twin Room. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making us feel at home. We loved the convenient bar, where I savored some of the best salmon pasta I've ever had! Make sure to arrive early for parking.

My stay was filled with delightful surprises! The complimentary fruit-infused water in the lobby was such a refreshing touch after a long flight. catching glimpses of baby rabbits frolicking outside my spacious Superior Double Room made my mornings extra special!
